Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you create a practitioner account, place an order, or submit a form on our site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, practice name, professional role and practice type, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and any message you send us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or campaign that referred you (for example, UTM parameters in a link you clicked). We collect this through cookies and analytics tools described below.

We use the information we collect to set up and manage your practitioner account; process, fulfill, and ship your orders; respond to your inquiries and connect you with a Rize Up Medical sales representative; provide product education and support; send order, account, and service communications; send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them; improve our website and services; and comply with our legal obligations.
